When
will my order ship?
Weekdays:
Your order will be shipped
within 2-3 working days. If out of stock on a
color, you will be notified by email.
If you wish an alternative color,
your order
will be delayed by 5-7 days.
Weekends: All
orders received on the weekends and holidays will be
shipped the following week.

United
States Postal Service (USPS)
Priority Mail. Arrives 2-5 business days.
*If you need to send to a PO Box, it will be shipped
United States Postal Service Priority Mail.
United Parcel
Service (UPS)
Ground Service, arrives in 2-11 business days.
Please allow one extra day for orders shipped to
Hawaii and Alaska addresses.
Partial Shipments: You
may check our stock on a particular item by email or
phone prior to placing your order to avoid any delays
in your order due to out of stock items.

Orders to Saipan,
Guam, Tinian, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands
are shipped via USPS Priority Mail only
Orders shipped to Asia will
be shipped from The Northern Mariana Islands (Saipan)
and will be shipped by FedEx, UPS or DHL
Orders
shipped to Canadian addresses are shipped via, UPS
International or Canadian Air Mail. Canadian Air Mail
takes from 5 to 15 business days; FedEx takes 2 to 3
business days.

Returns and exchanges
may only be handled within 7 - 15 days of customer
receiving package with PRIOR authorization
There are NO EXCEPTIONS
to this policy. Returns without prior authorization
will be refused. Glamour Beadz is not
responsible for postage on returned items.
