SHIPPING & DELIVERY For security reasons, online purchases may be shipped only to the billing address of your credit card and may require a signature upon delivery if the order is over a value of $100. All purchases are shipped via UPS or USPS. To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow one to two business days to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method, i.e., UPS next day, second-day, ground. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays. TRACKING A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped. In addition, we will email a delivery confirmation once we receive notification from UPS that your purchase has been delivered. To ensure the security of your delivery, we do not provide tracking numbers, but maintain tracking number for each delivery. RETURNS Glamour Beadz wants to ensure your complete satisfaction. For online purchases, we will accept merchandise not worn, used or damaged for a full refund when accompanied by the original sales slip. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as payment. Full-priced merchandise must be returned within 30 days from date of delivery; however, sale merchandise must be returned within 15 days of delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Repairs We offer repair service for our products. Products in need of repair may be sent to the address below: Glamour Beadz 99 N Post Oak Ln, Suite 2206, Houston, Tx 77024 Please enclose a detailed repair request, your contact information, and original sales slip. We recommend that you package the item securely and ship it via insured mail. Allow 2-4 weeks for a repair assessment.
